ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Return Period: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

- Please make sure to record a video while opening your package. This video is required if you need to report any damaged or wrong items — it’s the only proof we can accept for such claims.
- We do not accept returns for any opened or used products under any circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless the error was made by us.
