ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Return Period: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Merchandise:
- All merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
- Please make sure to record a video while opening your package. This video is required if you need to report any damaged or wrong items — it’s the only proof we can accept for such claims.
- We do not accept returns for any opened or used products under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless the error was made by us.

RETURN PROCESS

Include Required Information: To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please include the following details with your return:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Shipping the Return:
- All returns must have a tracking number.
- We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the order.
Processing Time: Once your return is received, please allow 4-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
