ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

1. Return Period: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Merchandise:

> All merchandise must be returned in its original condition.

> Please make sure to record a video while opening your package. This video is required if you need to report any damaged or wrong items — it’s the only proof we can accept for such claims.

> We do not accept returns for any opened or used products under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless the error was made by us.

Any orders placed on the weekend will ship the following business day.

FREE India Shipping on orders ₹2,499, otherwise shipping is ₹99.00.

Orders are shipped through Ground Shipping and it takes 5-7 business days for final delivery. (Excluding Weekends and Holidays).

Please note: There will be a one-day handling time for all orders shipped via Ground Shipping.
